Challenge/Issue at Hand for Area Businesses: Many local businesses are conducting global operations and would like to add bilingual members to their workforce; however they often face the challenge of finding qualified employees.

Every Challenge has a Solution: The Bilingual Job Fair creates a bridge between people. It links the most talented bilingual candidates with local employers.

Who: Participating attendees will be from the city the event is held at, and other surrounding cities and counties. Bilingual attendees are high caliber candidates!

Examples of Possible Participants (not all): Area’s main employers & industries, insurance companies (home, cars and business insurance), cellular companies, phone co’s, hospitals, car dealers, home builders, employment agencies, attorneys, banks, human resources departments (of local companies), furniture stores, City government and others.
