The Bilingual Job Fair
The idea to create The Bilingual Job Fair emerged because over the years, many businesses contacted us (Dynamics Advertising) to help them contact talented bilingual individuals, and be able to offer job opportunities in their organizations. It became clear that there was a demand for bilingual individuals, so Dynamics Advertising Co. created The Bilingual Job Fair to create a bridge between people.

Mylene Duffy, President and CEO of Dynamics Advertising Co., can personally relate to the helpful bridges created by the many people in her life that made it possible for her to prosper in this country. Mylene moved to the USA from Puerto Rico in her early 20’s to learn English. Later, she graduated from Syracuse University and eventually created her own company. This would not have been possible without the help of many important people in her life who helped her accomplish her goals. Mylene would like to do the same for many individuals who arrive in this country daily with the American dream. For this reason, Mylene has a personal commitment to the events slogan, “Changing Lives.”
